A 90 minute yoga//reflection//meditation class.
With an emphasis on CONNECTION, a gentle yoga flow will kickstart the evening. The flow will be followed by a discussion on topics such as LIMITING BELIEFS, VALUES, & RECONNECTION TO SELF. A guided mindfulness style meditation will close the evening.
What should you bring? A journal + writing utensil. That’s it!
