What is it?
A 90 minute yoga//self reflection//meditation class. We will kickstart the evening with a gentle yogic flow, focusing on connecting to your inner wisdom. This is followed by a self reflection exercise, a discussion around your barriers to the life you desire, closed with a guided meditation.
Topics touched on throughout the evening are: LIMITING BELIEFS, CONNECTING TO OUR DEEPEST VALUES, AFFIRMATIONS, & the POWER of MIND TRAINING aka MEDITATION.
